25-year-old Brad from Edmonton, Canada, has autism. He can’t read, barely speaks, and often prefers spinning over walking when traveling short distances.
He can also build just about anything.
Brad can somehow interpret any complicated diagram or blueprint as if it were instructions for a lego or K’NEX (remember those?) set. He literally just looks at the picture and then brings it to reality in a methodical yet almost rhythmic process, as if his hands had a mind of their own.
Tables, chairs, model planes of all sorts, you name it.
Brad loves assembling Ikea furniture so much that his father has helped him start his own business.
